Refund & Return Policy

At Kasturi Natural Glow, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of handmade skincare and personal care products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products after delivery.
Returns may be accepted only if:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product is defective upon arrival.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photographs of the product and packaging

Brief description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
